Poems: Moods and Reflections

Recline
Lying beside you,
My body clinging to yours.
Your arms around me
Like an arch.
The nearness turns into a vast gap,
Like the banks of a river.
I call for you,
My voice echoes back.
And then with drooped head
Trod along.
With tear filled eyes
To the path of pathos and sorrow.
